Saying goodbye to stressful migrations
One of Jess's biggest concerns about a platform switch was the complexity of the migration process. Superfiliate's Merchant Success team provided white-glove support, working closely with Jess and her team to migrate all of Cymbiotika's existing creators and ensure a hassle-free transition:
"Brian [Superfiliate's Head of Merchant Success] told me, "I need their name, I need their code, and I need their email." I was like, that's it?” Jess recalls. "It was honestly a really seamless experience."
The Merchant Success team built out all four commission tiers of the flagship Cymbiotika Collective affiliate program inside Superfiliate as per Cymbiotika’s request, as well as their referral program. Program setup also included designing Cymbiotika’s cobranded landing pages and creator portal, enabling the brand to offer shareworthy experiences to both customers and creators.

Transforming inbound into program growth via easy sign-ups & automations
With hundreds of would-be affiliates applying to their programs every month, Jess and her team needed a way to decrease manual follow-up and equip creators to drive sales faster.
"I love Superfiliate’s application feature, where people are able to apply to programs at any time," says Jess. "We just updated our landing page on our website, so now people can apply to be an affiliate or a UGC creator. Both of those applications are through Superfiliate, and it's so much easier to have them all in one place."
As a global brand, Cymbiotika maintains separate U.S. and Canadian Shopify storefronts and affiliate programs. With Superfiliate’s application feature, Jess and her team can also segment sign-ups by region and track cross-border sales:
"A lot of people were sad they couldn't be a part of the U.S.-based program, so we kept note of everybody and sent them the new application link to apply for the Canadian program. We saw so many people come into the program really quickly who were super excited to be a part of it!"
Superfiliate’s Automations feature allows Jess and team to further streamline affiliate onboarding. Once accepted, creators automatically receive their unique referral link and code via Instagram DM or email. Together, these features have saved hours in getting affiliates up and running.
